Knowing the different body types and eating naturally

Ectomorph, Mesomorph and Endomorph - You can find out what body type you have here. Mine is:
Body Types

If you are between a mesomorph and ectomorph like me, then you are most likely a lean and muscular person naturally. Try to recall what was your body like growing up till your early adult life (high school or college years). I remember having a defined ab and a V-shaped body growing up and over-eating without gaining much weight. If you are currently overweight by BMI standards, you can try my diet plan to get back in shape.

Here's my diet plan for a lean, fit and muscular body:

Try to drink 3 - 5 liters of water throughout the day. Do not drink all at once otherwise you will get Hyponatremia (water intoxication).

Eat wholesome and "real" food, not processed food that have labels and chemical ingredients. Whatever instant noodles, branded biscuits, cookies and chips that have an expiration date, DO NOT EAT them. Do yourself a favor now, throw them away from your kitchen and DO NOT EVER BUY them again. Wouldn't that be wasteful? Yes, but I would not recommend to give them away to other people because you are feeding others unhealthy food. It will be tough for the first week, but once your body has readjusted to wholesome natural food, you will not want to eat those junks anymore.

Meal 1 at 7:30am:
  • 1 glass/mug of water
  • 1 glass/mug of warm water mixed with any of these: honey + (raw organic maca or cocoa) powder, green tea, american ginseng
  • 2 types of fruits (2 handfuls), ie banana and apple
  • A small bowl of nuts and raisins
  • Half or One spoonful of virgin coconut oil, olive oil or Udo's oil

Meal 2a at 10:30am(with animal protein):
  • Boiled Mixed organic grains: quinoa, millet, buckwheat, red or brown rice. Will usually cook 3 - 4 bowls in one pot so that I can spread it out throughout the day.
  • 1 stalk of broccoli - steamed or boiled together with the grains(organic if possible)
  • Animal protein: 1 - 2 eggs or a chicken breast or lean beef/pork/lamb or squid/shrimp/fish (organic if possible, example: eatwild.com and find a local farmer)
  • Drink two glasses/mugs of water 30 minutes after the meal. Only drink hot soup or other forms of liquid with your meal (good ayuverdic diet practice)

Meal 2b at 10:30pm(vegan):
  • 1 avocado
  • some mangoes or pineapple slices
  • Drink two glasses/mugs of water 30 minutes after the meal. Only drink hot soup or other forms of liquid with your meal (good ayuverdic diet practice)

Meal 3 at 1:30pm(vegan):
  • Boiled Mixed organic grains: quinoa, millet, buckwheat, red or brown rice. Left over from meal#2.
  • Raw fresh salad - spinach
  • Nuts (almond, macadamia, brazil, cashew and hazel)
  • some mangoes or pineapple slices
  • Drink two glasses/mugs of water 30 minutes after the meal. Only drink hot soup or other forms of liquid with your meal (good ayuverdic diet practice)

Meal 4 at 4:30pm(vegan):
  • Boiled Mixed organic grains: quinoa, millet, buckwheat, red or brown rice. Leftover from meal #2.
  • Salad and mixed vegetables
  • Nuts and raisins
  • Drink two glasses/mugs of water 30 minutes after the meal. Only drink hot soup or other forms of liquid with your meal (good ayuverdic diet practise)

Meal 5 at 7:30pm(vegan):
  • Boiled Mixed organic grains: quinoa, millet, buckwheat, red or brown rice. Leftover from meal #2.
  • Salad and mixed vegetables
  • Nuts and raisins or prunes
  • Drink two glasses/mugs of water 30 minutes after the meal. Only drink hot soup or other forms of liquid with your meal (good ayuverdic diet practise)

Meal 6 at 9:30pm(snack):
  • Warm water + honey + 1 slice of lemon or lime(half or 1 spoonful)
  • Nuts and fruits
  • Half or One spoonful of virgin coconut oil, olive oil or Udo's oil

You will definitely have a lean and toned body with the above diet and a 30 minutes evening walk every other day. Depending on your body type, you might gain some muscle as well if you do correct body work outs that are meant for that body type. I am not a professional diet or fitness advisor, but most of these things are pure common sense. Animals in the wild environment know what to eat or starve if they do not find food. I have been feeding feral cats now and then, from what I observed, they prefer fresh natural meat than the canned or processed cat food.
